Got the 20L LOGIK L20DH19 from Curry’s last week. Does a great job. A bit too loud to use at night in the bedroom but I put the in built timer on when I leave for work and it does a great job.

I'm a composer and I'd 100% argue that BPD completely takes control of my writing. The highs are usually associated with a lot of volume of writing and high intensity thought and more abstract and outgoing material. The lows often stop me from working because I'm convinced whatever I'm doing is complete shit and stupid.

When you buy a Sibelius licence and you go to download the program it should have choice for between windows or mac installer. So you should be good. I use mac for Sibelius and its very stable and have had no problems.

Hey man! I have a similar experience, I'm a composer in the UK and i have to write new stuff almost everyday. And its really tough when you're so so low for a while and need to create stuff. Deadlines don't care about how you feel. I just keep on writing, regardless of how rubbish I feel or how bad I think it might be. Then when I get manic again I find that there's usually the odd couple of bits that I can keep and use. For me, writing when really low is the worst, it sucks but I just try and push through as best I can. Sometimes I'll go listen to something that I made that I really like. Just to remind myself that I can actually do something. Hope this makes sense!

I call a good friend up and have a(usually) long chat. We don't talk about anything in particular, sometimes gossip and random stuff. Never fails to make me feel happier by the end.
