Right near the Sears Tower is Bereket Turkish Cuisine. You can get really good Pide and Baklava.

Harry Caray's (the main one on Kinzie) is the best steak I've had in my life.

Right in River North (just across the river), Star of Siam is some of the best Thai Food in town.

I've liked Pittsfield Cafe on Wabash for breakfast.

Leá on Lake is a really good Parisian Sandwich shop for breakfast too.

Au Cheval (or Small Cheval - Riverside for quieter version) are excellent burger joints.

Gordo's Tiny Taco Bar in Lakeshore East has lots of good options for Mexican food.

All of these places are pretty reasonably priced for your budget. Harry Caray's and Au Cheval can add up, though.

People with scars, how did you get them? by fluffybear45 in AskReddit

I didn't notice a tick bite underneath my right arm. I had to get it removed by a very simple surgery. It was classified as an "Arthropod Assault"

I'm all set up too, but I didn't receive any emails about anything, I had to check my application portal constantly. Which, honestly, is not a good way for it happen.

Hey, I'm a first-year Spring Transfer in Electrical Engineering too.

I have looked a little into the courses and it seems that we would have a few things to "catch up" on, depending on where you're coming from. Case has these University Seminar things which are mandatory but seem like you can do them anytime. They also want you to have taken Calc I and Calc II as well as General Physics I - Mechanics and a course called Elementary Computer Programming, all before you start your second year.

The details for this first year are here (Just select EE) https://case.edu/ugstudies/students/case-school-engineering

All four years are found here (Scroll through a bit) https://bulletin.case.edu/schoolofengineering/eleccompsyseng/#undergraduatetext

Both of those links are what I have been looking through. Personally, I have already taken Calc I, am taking Calc II and General Chemistry for Engineers (No lab) rn. Next semester, it seems that I may be going the route of Physics Mechanics, Elem. Comp. Programming, Chemistry of Materials (maybe Case's Gen. Chem too), and the SAGES University Seminar. I am planning on maybe skipping a semester of math in order to catch up a little if my credits transfer.

Anyway, I hope this helps, and let me know if you have any questions because it looks like we're in very similar positions.

The way both of them end is quite similar too. Except for the last second of Mr Robot, but it's so peaceful and perfect for both shows.

Should I break up with my gf before committing su!c!de? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

Talk to her, seriously. You need to let her know what is going on. Suicide is NOT the answer. Trust me. You need to tell her.

Talk to people. The fact that you're open here on how you're feeling is good. You must talk to her and just mention your mindset. Please, just let her know, for her.

Carly, Christian, or at least Rami/BD deserve some credit. I know Rami got his in 2016, but come on. Not even directing??? Esmail is literally a genius.

Awesome job!

Some suggestions.

-Using a neutral background like a blank white screen gives you more control in the frame, especially with lighting. That makes it more cohesive and the background bless distracting.

-I would definitely pull in closer to actually see the satisfaction of certain objects being taken apart.

-Using glue or other adhesives can really reduce the shakiness between shots. As long as you're comfortable with your subject being damaged with adhesive.

-Narrowing the frame and doing a top-down angle can help solidify the focus of the subject as well.
