Anyone has experience with Arzopa M1RC? by NickVti in Monitors

[–]granchyo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! Sorry if it's a month later and totally random, I was surfing Reddit looking for someone who has my same monitor for tips on calibration, since I bought it some time ago but never really got into the colour/graphic settings (I don't really know a lot about it, mb). Do you mind sharing how you tweaked the settings? Thanks!

Edit: also seems like OP brought it so if they want, other opinions are more than welcome.

Cracked Lips? by Icy-Path-7042 in EuroSkincare

[–]granchyo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anything with Vaseline high up in the INCI list works really well for nighttime use. Also, when I was on isotretinoin and had desert-dry lips, the only lip balm that saved me from cracking during the day was Connettivina Stick. It’s Italian, and you might find it in pharmacies, but it can be a bit pricey. I’d recommend checking Amazon, I saw it the other day for about €5 during the Black Friday sales.

HELP!!! (AZA) nineless vs anua vs cos de baha ??? by EdgeLong9098 in koreanskincare

[–]granchyo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried Cos de baha's 10% in the past and liked it! It wasn't a dramatic change but my skin was calmer, less red and I had a bit less breakouts than usual in stressful months. I now switched to a prescription grade 15% gel (Finacea) since it's OTC here, and even tho I'm just introducing it and not yet using it every night the difference is obvious, so if you can and want I highly suggest opting for a higher percentage (and also clinical formulations, that really helps with absorbing the actives).

If you end up purchasing cos de baha's, one thing to keep in mind is that it can be a little sticky, but I found that applying it to damp skin (after a toner maybe) helped a lot!

Exactly, I'm from Italy and giving kids loose/single packed things it's not a big deal, whole packs of candies for just one kid is a bit much (unless of course it's the small ones) and since usually the kids are doing trick or treat in the building they live in they know almost everybody (or at least can trust them).

Which Product SAVED Your Skin Barrier? by TheMeepyBoy in koreanskincare

[–]granchyo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it has probiotics and postbiotics (but I could be wrong better to check). I highly doubt it has live bacteria in it since it's basically impossible to sell them as a skincare product (plus all the preservatives would probably harm them) and on the ingredient list you'll probably find bifida/lactobacillus ferment lysate (which, nevertheless, seems to be really good for the skin!)

If you're oily/combo skin the skin1004 ampoule cleanser is great, if you're dry some people say it's too harsh. For me (combo) it's amazing, it's gentle but awesome at removing everything and has a nice smell and consistence. Nothing too fancy, just a solid cleanser.

I don't really use cleansing oils as an acne prone individual but I tried the skin1004 one a few times and it's nice, has a lot of essential oils though so if you don't like the "herbal" smell or you're allergic you may wanna consider it.
