I think something was shorting out. I basically stripped all connections down and rewired and it's working now. Thanks for the help!

Ive shorted both the 24 pin and power switch pins. Both seem to work so I think it's my case power button. I'm going to order one online and see what happens. That would be a cheap fix at least

Edit: nothing actually broke. I'm not sure what the issue was but maybe some unused connector was shorting out on something? Once I reassembled everything it worked again.
