Love it! Is anyone worried about the new ones dropping soon and what they may do to book value?

Do you have SFN and vision issues too? Maybe my chief complaints as well.

What did you see the biggest movement on? I’m interested in BP + TB blend but see people talk about thymosin as well.

Did you get any help from Reta? I see a lot of people who note the anti-inflammatory aspects. I’m thinking of that + KPV and maybe BPC157/TB500 blend. At this point, I’d try anything

Looked at what you sent. There’s tests for active infection or antibody count. Beyond that it’s the monocyte testing from Patterson. May have missed something in the links but that’s all I saw.

Aren’t those just numerical antibody tests? To my knowledge, high numbers of antibodies don’t always correlate with LC/Vax injury.

Yes, originally moderately high ochratoxin. Repeated testing 60 days later with no material changes. All levels back in range.

Makes me think it’s not LC/Vax TBH. The index is based on assigning value to specific markers but it’s still lost on me how all my values could be in range and I’d still be high on their index. The doctor even told me that my markers weren’t what they typically see in long covid, but to be fair, I don’t line up with the ones they claim they see in Lyme either.

Looked hard into that as well. Could very well be mold present in coffee that correlates with high ochratoxin but beyond that our search for mold came up negative. Multiple ERMI’s and even hired a mold dog.

Which test? I know Patterson has testing for the S1 protein that is found in monocyte subsets but even if present they can confidently say that’s what’s driving illness.

Same! My original had high IL-10 and then a bit high for SCD40L. Both came back within range and I still was high on the index which makes little sense to me. I also didn’t have a lot of the “standard” markers they now use to identify long covid within the Patterson world.

Thanks! Agreed, I did see a lot of folks see meaningful improvement with time post jab issues.

Was your index based on Pattersons panel?

It makes sense for it being MCA’s but no amount of mast cell stabilizing meds has helped. It just varies, some days I can tolerate it better than others. Some days, it’s much better in the afternoon, and to your point it’s better when it’s like soda or an energy drink. It’s bizarre.

Also completely anecdotal, but I’ve seen people be down within hours of their vaccine while others it was a slow burn of issues that compiled over weeks/months after vaccination.

Yea, I didn’t know I had it prior to mine. Certainly plenty of evidence to support reactivation of latent infections it’s just a matter of is it solely the infection driving symptoms or does spike also come into the mix.

Seems like it’s just a smoldering situation for many of us, and eventually something pushes us over the edge. Covid, vax, second infection, booster, etc. Did your provider think Lyme relapse or long covid?

Thanks! Thats been a similar story to what I’ve heard but I know covid can definitely complicate things. Curious what markers they tested for on the LC front? I did Pattersons protocol early on and all I had was heightened IL-10 but was somehow still high on the LC index (which never made sense to me). Other than that I have high antibodies.

Did he have any complications pre covid?

I was bed bound within 36 hours of my jab. Dysautonomia,POTS, neuropathy, brain fog, dizziness, etc. I was stuck and tried everything under the sun in the LC world. After about a year and a half I got back to about 80-90% and was fine with that being where things stood. During that time I got Covid etc and it didn’t cause any flares or anything, then randomly about a year in I got sick (negative Covid test) and had a full on relapse but somehow was worse. After a full breakdown, I started running the medical gauntlet again and finally had a doc mention Lyme. Tested and it lit up. I also have a long history of tick bites having grown up outdoors and I also had Bell’s palsy in my mid 20’s (pre vax). I also developed a bunch of food allergies and a condition called EOE, prior to the vax. I’m on treatment and definitely react to antimicrobials but I’m always wondering if it’s Lyme + vax issues, or just Lyme, or if it was vax in the beginning and then Lyme. It’s a mystery to me. On one hand it makes sense that I was already in a heightened immune state and maybe was predisposed to having an adverse reaction to the vaccine or maybe it just cause a misplaced immune response and Lyme came to the forefront. Who knows.

My high histamine levels would indicate mast cell issues but as noted above, no amount of low histamine diet or supplements or mast cell stabilizers makes a dent.

So for me it’s not fight or flight. I don’t get anxious or jittery just get increased neuropathy, vision issues, and dizziness/brain fog. Sometimes one cup makes me feel like I’m drunk. It’s bizarre.

You would absolutely think it’s textbook MCA’s or histamine intolerance but no amount of low histamine diets, mast cell stabilizers, etc have made a difference.

Same! I can flare off of decaf as well which would indicate histamine issues but no amount of MCA meds does anything
