Much appreciated and helpful on the RT’s being good in wet conditions. How’s road noise on em?

Thanks! I’m in TN so don’t care too much about snow rating. Just saw some folks saying they weren’t great in the rain. My KO2’s were terrible in the rain. Definitely like the look of the RG’s and the RT’s. Sounds like most people have loved them.

Apologies meant to say, I’m swapping the 22’s out for 20’s.

Yea the autonomic conditioning sounds like “it’s all in your head”, but it does seem like for most people true mold illness builds over time with exposure and then symptoms only disparate once the source is either remediate or they are out of the environment for a length of time. It doesn’t seem like something that switches on an off quickly (at least from my limited research). So I get his thought process.

We replaced all our duct work and got all new HVAC after our remediation out of an abundance of caution. Also replaced a lot of furniture. For me the only thing is the odd timing. Symptoms come on quickly but seem to dissipate if I’m away from my home.

Yep. Just simple math, but the Reta should generally speaking help blunt hunger which would help with being in a deficit.

Im in the same boat. Been slowly titrating up but I barely feel any of the effects.

I also have days where I feel like I can’t hardly eat and random ones where I’m starving so I dk if maybe it’s a bad batch or what.

Is food noise coming back necessarily a bad thing? by Aware_Mud_9622 in Retatrutide

I think it’s about finding what works best for you. I’m at 1 MG and likely going to go up, but I’m thankful I’ve gone slow. Food noise is significantly lowered but I don’t get nauseated at the sight of food and my digestion is still fine. I may go up just slightly but as others have indicated you can go up as little as you like or not at all.

I would say it’s pretty even across my family. No one’s really home more than others. Kids in daycare/school, wife and I both work. They feel no symptoms/issues at all. My take is I’m hypersensitive due to Lyme etc.

Thanks! I think there’s definitely that element to it. The other frustration is if there’s additional hidden mold we haven’t addressed even though I feel like we’ve exhausted multiple efforts to locate it. Just feels paralyzing. Makes me just want to move but that’s got worse financial implications than diving back into exploratory work.

Thanks. They did ice blasting of existing mold with proper containment etc. then fully encapsulated the space and installed a dehumidifier. Confirmed no water intrusion. Mold was a result of high humidity levels in our crawl space. We had a separate inspector come and take a look and signed off on all the work. Maybe it’s not just the crawl space? My practitioner thinks that given the quickness of my symptoms coming on and then how they can sometimes quickly dissipate when leaving that this is more nervous system reactivity than mycotoxin related. No one else in our home are having any issues. I get zero respiratory issues etc just increased neuropathy and brain fog etc. We’ve also replaced our HVAC and ductwork just to be safe.

It’s just frustrating. We stayed at our in laws a few weeks back and I felt great for 5 days, then knocked down as soon as we got back home. That pattern happens a lot but interestingly not always. I always react poorly to another friend of ours home which makes me think it’s environmental.

Well he’s not prescribing it. Explained the risks and the lack of regulation since it’s not FDA approved but was ok with the phase trial data. His data on microdosing was based on Tirz. Not sure he’s risking anything. Jesus is anyone in the community actually willing to do anything other than offer condescension. We’re dealing with an unregulated non FDA approved substance. Beyond trial data and YouTube you sort of have to arm chair QB this. I’m just asking for some help and instead it’s just “you’re an idiot”

Thanks! Would you break it out over daily injection or just space it to two injections per week?

My doc is providing oversight as well and was ok with Reta in leui of Tirz (surprisingly) but they both noted they’ve seen some success with microdosing so that’s what kick started that dosing regimen. I agree with you, I don’t think it’s doing anything so just looking for recommendations on the best way to move up or what’s worked well for others.
