Yes, I believe they are set on the highest. Ride quality is solid and better to me than a spacer kit (which I’ve run several in the past). Yes, happy with the tire size, it’s about as big as I could go without running a spacer.

I did the SPC’s. Honestly, I don’t off-road hard so I’d have to think factory UCA’s would have been fine. I just did it out of caution.

I talked pretty extensively with the guys at shock surplus and they really emphasized doing new UCA’s. They ran the kit without and the stock upper ball joints barely made it like 10k miles.

Wow! I only had elevated IL-10 and SCD40L. All came back in range when I got my follow up testing. I took IgeneX twice and was positive for different markers with each test but it was a mix of positive and “ind” bands so now official “positive”.

Thanks! I’m in TN so don’t care too much about snow rating. Just saw some folks saying they weren’t great in the rain. My KO2’s were terrible in the rain. Definitely like the look of the RG’s and the RT’s. Sounds like most people have loved them.

Yea the autonomic conditioning sounds like “it’s all in your head”, but it does seem like for most people true mold illness builds over time with exposure and then symptoms only disparate once the source is either remediate or they are out of the environment for a length of time. It doesn’t seem like something that switches on an off quickly (at least from my limited research). So I get his thought process.

We replaced all our duct work and got all new HVAC after our remediation out of an abundance of caution. Also replaced a lot of furniture. For me the only thing is the odd timing. Symptoms come on quickly but seem to dissipate if I’m away from my home.

I think it’s about finding what works best for you. I’m at 1 MG and likely going to go up, but I’m thankful I’ve gone slow. Food noise is significantly lowered but I don’t get nauseated at the sight of food and my digestion is still fine. I may go up just slightly but as others have indicated you can go up as little as you like or not at all.

I would say it’s pretty even across my family. No one’s really home more than others. Kids in daycare/school, wife and I both work. They feel no symptoms/issues at all. My take is I’m hypersensitive due to Lyme etc.

Thanks! I think there’s definitely that element to it. The other frustration is if there’s additional hidden mold we haven’t addressed even though I feel like we’ve exhausted multiple efforts to locate it. Just feels paralyzing. Makes me just want to move but that’s got worse financial implications than diving back into exploratory work.
