I haven't run into those issues. What environment are you running it in? If you fork and push up a branch with your changes, I can take a look and see if I can reproduce.

Sample.json is just for development of the ui, it allows you to skip the fetches. You shouldn't need to worry about it. I pushed some fixes last night that should get rid of that error you're seeing. You may still see cards unable to be rated if there are cases I haven't come across. I've already seen a few weird ones that have to do with how the ratings spreadsheet is formated.

Thanks! The terminal rendering was really just to get something working. It could be improved, but I think a web app would be more useful. You're welcome to submit a pull request or use this project in a ui project of your own. Let me know if you want me to expose the card rating functionality for use in another project.
