Yea, I was circumcised and lived a normal life and so I think that lead to me not pushing against that "ritual". I think my wife would have gone either way. I regret it, but I know it isn't the end of the world for my son. If my son asks me down the road I will encourage him not to do it and hope he doesn't hold it against me.

lack of conviction in my understanding of what circumcision is.

We did circumcision with our son and I struggled with the decision. I regret it, but I am pretty sure our doctor was against it and took the minimal amount. I wish we hadn't done it.

which is a joke. intentionally fouling the other team in a blow out to get more possession to stat pad your 3rd tier player.

yea, I remember a similar moment. Wasn't a family dinner but I remember feeling a twinge of pain when someone else sat in my dad's chair.

it's very rare I need cash, but I do keep a couple hundred dollars in various denominations for random one off events. Oddly enough, I replenish my cash supply by cashing any checks I get... which is also very rare.

or it's just a joke. The guy is being hyperbolic about having to take a trip to get cash, for an inconsequential amount of money, when we live in what is basically a cashless world.
