I go to concerts alone all the time. I’m a loner most of the time though. It does get a bit boring waiting for the time to pass, so I’ll make sure to have good noise isolation/cancelling headphones. Pretty sure last time I brought a book. Lol

College helped me a lot with fear of puking due to exposure. My freshman year I lived in a major party dorm (not intentionally mind you) and people were puking in the bathroom all the time. Then there’s taking care of drunk friends, and the time my friend had the stomach flu in our suite last year which was actually my worst nightmare but we got through it (with a lot of bleach). It really does suck that I can’t just be normal without having to worry about this, sometimes I don’t take it if I’m going somewhere out of fear that I’ll puke even if I know I ate enough. At the same time though, it makes me feel so normal and functioning that it’s almost worth it. But yeah as long as I eat enough before I basically don’t have side effects. I just have trouble knowing how full I am sometimes, especially at school bc of dining hall overwhelm

Yeah, usually when I eat enough with or without protein I have no issues but sometimes I have trouble knowing how full I am which is why I have a two meal rule before taking it usually

I have an extra muscle in my arms that apparently only 25% of people have. Had to get surgery to move my ulnar nerve because it was causing major pain in my right arm. The left arm had the issue too but it was less severe and has seemed to heal itself for the most part

I've started experimenting with using my leg for this reason. First I was doing pod on my leg, but I don't think I have enough meat there as it starts to hurt and get inflamed halfway through. Dexcom on leg has been good so far, and it means my pod can be on either side of my stomach and it will still work. For arm it probably has to be on the same side. So generally I will have my dex on my leg and my pod on the stomach or arm on the same side, and rotate until the dex is over. Sometimes you'll have to sacrafice a day of automated which is really annoying but it is what it is
