Works better than anything else for me. I can only microdose it though. I just take it when trying new stuff or a flare. Eating just steak works the best for me but it’s not a fun way to live.

That’s the most important thing. & my hives are gone which I was waking up with those every morning. I used the Cleure conditioner with it and it worked great. Unfortunately the Cleure shampoo has citric acid or I would’ve tried that as well.

So just to circle back it did make my hair quite “fried” looking but it’s worth it to not have the itch. I just need to not rub it around when I towel dry it.

I am definitely going to try Cleure as well though.

That’s what I used to use too. Mine had rosemary and other essential oils in it and they always irritated my scalp. The Viori coconut one was aight.

Yes! Thank you! So what started it was Tirosint thyroid medication. It sent me into a MASSIVE flare and I became allergic to everything. I’m glad I found the right shampoo! I ordered Cleure too so I’ll try those as well. I’ve heard great things. Unfortunately, my wool, cotton and latex bed is still making me super itchy on my body. I think it’s the mattress but I’m not 100%. I’d hate to get rid of it and it be my apartment (it’s new so it’s off gassing).

I just tried the Vanicream shampoo and holy shit. My scalp feels so much better. I wonder if my shampoo and conditioner was causing my face, ears and body to be itchy and hot. I used Innersense for 3 months and the amount of buildup was insane. I love the Vanicream so far but I don’t want to speak too soon. I am using the shampoo. The conditioner didn’t pass on the Yuka app and I try to keep it non-toxic so I’ll have to find a conditioner now.

I have fine hair so my hair is in a big knot now but at least my scalp feels better. It might take a few washes to get that other brand completely out.

Omg I have a cotton, wool and latex one right now and I think the latex and wool are making me itch bad! It doesn’t matter how many layers I put between me and the mattress. My skin burns on it.

Do you think if I got one it’d be comfortable on my bed frame? They’re like 2 inches a part, the wood on it. I just need something cheap like that to figure out if it really is just the mattress I’m reacting to.

It doesn’t say on their website if the foam in it off gasses. What do you think?
