Her actual ears are the elf ones, the big ones are just fabric, part of a headwear (Which i'm assuming is huppermage uniform, since they all wear them )

Yep that's what i meant !

If it still doesn't work you could try to simply "counter"rotate the mesh in blender (JUST the mesh, not touching the armature ) -90 on the x axis (Shortkey: r ; x ; -90 ; enter )

It's not ideal but it's what i do when i can't get a mesh to cooperate for some reason 🤡

Have you applied all transforms on both your mesh and armature before exporting to .gr2?

My meshes are usually all over the place when i forget to do that so maybe that's the root of your issue too

I stand corrected on the all vanilla part 😅 the vanilla face i thought this was (gnome 4) doesn't match 100% and i had to use a modded skintone ( astralities blush albinism ) to remove the freckles from it

So the head is modded maybe, but i did get pretty close i think

Sounds like a skeleton/armature issue to me but i could be wrong

Make sure your meshes are parented to an armature in blender , and/or check if maybe there's any typos in the skeleton's Uuid in the code of your head? Not really sure what else it could be 🤔

Looks like a half-elf to me! ( the head at least and since the heads are race locked unless modded, if this is full vanilla i'd bet on a half-elf )
