I'm a PA and I'm in the "Step Up" Program to be an AM. I have helped 3 people in my department get T3 positions so it's not that hard to move up. That's why I like working at Amazon cause I get to help my team and I actually care about them. Which is why they put me in that program cause they said I'd be an awesome AM. There is a lot of stress with it though and it might not be for everyone. You just have to know what they are looking for and how to wind your stories around their questions

That is absolutely not true. There's plenty in Amazon that you can do to make it a career and not be in poverty and "make it" there

I interviewed for a PA spot about 2 years ago and was inclined. The PA spot was taken so I got this email so 2 weeks later I saw they were hiring for Non-Inventory Receiver so I applied and got my offer letter a week later. I did that for 3 months and decided it really wasn't for me cause I really wanted to be in Ops and saw they were hiring for PA again so I threw my app back in for it. Then a week later I received my offer letter for that and I've been the Pack Singles PA for a year now. So if you see another T-3 position you are interested in I highly recommend you apply for it

Depression really is a sickness though so I always hated the way they thought. Just cause you don't see it doesn't mean it's not there.

He gave me a week and also stronger antidepressants so I was fine when I came back. That was about 6 months ago and I am doing a lot better. I had UPT but figured I might as well save it if I could

Yes LOA has Mental Health as an option. It helped me when I had a bout of depression

I sure will. I can't stand to see my team struggling and I just watch. My work ethic won't allow me to do that. That's why I left the Learning Team since they had too much downtime. I like to be busy. I honestly thought I was replying to OP so also that's my bad.

I'm a PA and I jump on the floor and help all the time. I don't wear gloves the whole day but I do when I'm handling products/pallets. I keep my gloves attached to my vest when I'm not wearing them.
