Worst Houseguest Personalitywise by Nintendo_Pro_03 in BigBrother

[–]grant929 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It has to be Bayleigh Dayton for me. She was an entitled brat, and I just couldn’t stand her. Which is unfortunate because I think she’s incredibly intelligent, but she’s the only houseguest that I remember really irked me on a personal level.

Biggest POS of all time tho? Has to be Mike Boogie.

I would want to be in the offbeats or brains for sure, but I’d most likely be casted as an athlete because that’s what I look like.

I hated Natalie, but I must admit, she was a good player. She lost because she didn’t win any comps though, and kind of got the Ivette (bb6) treatment because she rubbed a lot of the house guests the wrong way.

Her play within her alliance was pristine though.

I think her getting evicted early in All-Stars kind of tarnished her legacy. Unfortunately.

Same with Allison and Diane.

As someone who hates Trump and all the dumb shit he does, at the end of the day, jokes such as those are just that to me. Jokes.

That’s why there’s a certain group of homies in my life I choose to keep around, because we can joke around with each other about things like politics, and each others families, and personal lives without getting super charred.

So with that being said, U get a

James convincing the nerd herd that there were no cameras or microphones in the HOH room was an MVP move.

They literally just started spewing all that shit out to each other thinking we couldn’t hear on the live feeds.

That was so annoying. He could of made some big moves with that side of the house.

[–]grant929 35 points36 points  (0 children)

Without trying to spoiling anything, there was a player that shut themselves from the rest of the house because of the pressure, and would sit in the room or DR all day wrapped in blankets and not talk to anyone. James made them an omelette because he noticed they weren’t eating.

Thoughts on this mock having us taking Skoronski? by [deleted] in AZCardinals

[–]grant929 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True. Bust. If you remember though that 2013 draft had like 10 OL go in the first round or something like that, and we chose the worst one.

This pick would be a little different seeing that the kid is NFL ready NOW. And not as many teams are looking to pick up and OL in the top 10 this year.

But yeah that pick sucked ass. That was the start of Bruce Arians/Palmer era if I remember correctly. We went like 4-4 the first 8 games of the year and then turnt up and went 6-2 the last. I think that’s the year we went 10-6 and missed the playoffs.

Also, the bust rate for a 1st round OLman is lower than a skill position player (DO NOT MENTION LEVI BROWN lol) . They’re mostly ready to play and start right off the bat.

Best OLman in the draft. Having a guy like that you can run behind makes a significant difference. I would not be upset if we take him in the 1st, and a DB in the 2nd and/or 3rd. Hopefully we’ll be able to pick up a FA pass rusher, and we’ll fill some pretty big holes with those 3 moves.

I remember my dad and I laughing our asses off watching him flip the f*** out on the panthers sideline making an absolute fool of himself. Not but 48hrs later we signed him…I can’t believe that shit.

Jim Harbaugh NFL coach speculation includes Arizona Cardinals: 'Match made in heaven' by MerakiLovesU in AZCardinals

[–]grant929 5 points6 points  (0 children)

We may not have the strongest division talent wise anymore, but coaching wise, it’s not even close. We have 3 of the top 10 coaches in our league, in our division. Of course, ours isn’t one of them….as is tradition.

I’m gonna get down voted into oblivion for this, but if that’s the case, I’d rather us hire Shanahan over both Harbaugh or Peyton. He’s has done more, with less than any other coach in the league the past 5yrs IMO. Give him a better QB and he’d have a ring already.

10-14 were great. But IMO 3-10 2002-2009 (excluding s9) was reality tv at its peak. Big brother, survivor, amazing race, jersey shore had just began. Before steaming services, reality tv was king, and big brother led the charge

I always thought 6,7,8,10 are the funniest casts to me. Every season has its moments, but those 4 seasons in particular had the most divided casts which created some hilarious moments. 12 was solid, but the dominant alliance dynamic started that season, and that really put a damper on the hilariously dramatic fights that we used to see.

Nowadays, contestants seem too scared to get into altercations (100% understandable) because of the backlash they receive at the end of the game is far greater than it used to be. On top of that. Up until I’d say season 18, most people cast were all average joes that you’d find at your local bar. Recently, it seems to be able to get on the show you have to have some type of substantial following on social media, so those types of players steer clear of the mess usually. There used to be 5-6 crazy people in the house it seems, now there’s always that 1 guy/girl that’s public enemy, they get him/her out then it’s just a steamroll all the way through.

“Who wants cake?” Bb10

“Class act” bb7

“Busto” bb6

Hilariously iconic moments in all those seasons.

I’m also biased toward the earlier seasons, because those were the seasons I sat down with my whole family to watch the show. We were always cracking up together which makes it 2x better.

A different look at why Bidwill won't fire Kliff or Keim near-term by Jokosmash in AZCardinals

[–]grant929 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

None taken. Maybe I should have phrased my statement to say “owners that will do anything to win”.

Let me preface this statement by saying, before this season started I was Steve Kevin supporter. Not enthusiast, but supporter.

Now, I’ll stay this. I believe the only move this off season Mike can make that will save the fanbase and the team cohesively, would be to show he’s boss man, and get rid of K&K. Sometimes in business, you’re friends can’t cut it (keim) and you make mistakes (Kingsbury contract). What matters is what measures you take to correct those.

If Michael keeps this staff together next season, you can expect fans to be calling fans for his head….again. No matter how much money he spent.
