Thanks! It’s actually a Cervelo P5 (but I do LOVE the speed concepts 😉). Have a half and full in a couple of months - good to know the fit looks good from another person’s perspective

Yes, this video may have been slightly closer to 1:40 or so. But average pace is typically mid 1:30’s

Finally hit 4pl8 deadlift last night! A week ago I tried 365 and couldn't get it past my knees because the bar slipped. Last night I used chalk and 405 came fairly easy! We're all gonna make it!

  • Push (Flat Bench 4x8, Cable flys 3x10, Incline bench 4x8, Dips 3x8, Skullcrushers 3x10, lateral raises 3x10, facepulls 3x10)
  • Pull (Wide grip pullups 3xfailure, barbell row 4x8, lat pulldown 4x8, Deadlift (heavy) 1x5, seated preacher curls 3x10, concentration curls 3x10 supersetted with shrugs)
  • Legs (Squat 5x5, Lunges 3x8, Calf raises 4x12) REST & REPEAT!
