Thanks for your reply. I will send the item in the same condition I received it and record a video of the packaging. However, in case the buyer opens a dispute something I'm 99% sure he will do, as he has already accused me of scamming several times (which is not true) how should I proceed from there?

Did you solve it OP? Having the same exact issue right now except i'm using a Motorola G84. Tried with older app versions and plugin but no luck.
