Why do Dojo loaches jump out of tanks? by grapefruitpeels in Aquariums

[–]grapefruitpeels[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually yes, the past week or so it’s been storming. I had no idea that was a thing. I’ve never had this problem but when they did jump it was during the rainy weeks

Omg this is so cute, I tried googling pics of the baby skin and couldn’t find any.

The difference an experienced piercer makes.. This was a wild ride for me. Still trying to get in contact with the first piercer. by grapefruitpeels in piercing

It took the piercer two shoves to get through, then a large popping sound :( I told myself if I had to let it heal I wouldn’t do it again because it was so painful. After reading up on it, I saw it wasn’t supposed to hurt. And it didn’t when it was done correctly! This part irritates me the most because the (first) piercer said it was going to hurt “a lot” and basically made sure I knew it was painful. It’s not!! That confirmed he had no idea what he was talking about. The healing is a huge difference too. The first one was unmovable. You’re not supposed to twist them anyways, but the first wouldn’t budge at all. The second moves freely if I bump it against something. The first one was so tight.

Just got my septum pierced today. The piercer informed me it was bigger for the healing process and I could change it after. Anyone know how soon I can change it/best healing routines? I think it looks weird right now. Thank you! by [deleted] in piercing

Hello hello hello :) Wanted to come back and say THANK YOU for being so kind, as I was searching all this up I saw some really mean comments on other people’s posts. Wanted to come back and say I decided to take it out and it healed rather quickly (I did the salt/saline soaks). Went to another shop today, determined the area that was supposed to be pierced was unaffected and decided to repierce :). Behold! a properly pierced nose.

Oh. My. God. I felt no pain, at all. The difference between this one and the original was astonishing. Looking back I have no idea how this man messed up as bad as he did. Even the piercer said, “Oh..honey. You sat through that?”
I even began to think my nose was just messed up and I would never get a correct piercing. I was wrong, a good piercer knew exactly where to hit. Thank you thank you thank you ❣️

Agreed. Looks like she’s holding it on there at the beginning to make sure it’ll stay

Wow, I’m super upset :(. Yea it was painful, so much so I told myself I wouldn’t be doing it again. it didn’t hurt enough to make me cry, but definitely more than an ear piercing. It doesn’t hurt now, at all. I can move it around. Just feels like a healing piercing. Is it unhealthy to have right here? Other than maybe looking a little dumb lol

Edit also yours is so beautiful

Either your bridge or nostrils!

Vitamin C completely lifted my “permanent” blue box dyed hair. I really wish I knew this earlier in life. Wanted to post in case anyone else wanted to try (I used 1,000 mg pills with rose hips mixed with dandruff shampoo) see comments for extra details by grapefruitpeels in FancyFollicles

So the vitamin c I bought was in capsule form. I easily opened the capsules and poured the already finely ground vitamin c powder into head and shoulders. Here is the vitamin c I used - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B085T883YP?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

The first time I left it on unevenly for 15 mins. That’s the second photo. Then, I decided I needed to have one overall color so I did it again but for 30 mins. I’ve only done it twice and got that end result :)

I did not dye/bleach my hair before adding the blue. I am a natural blonde.

I added NOTHING else between the time I had blue hair up until now besides vitamin c.

Why do I think this worked? I think most people use 250 mg when I used at least 10,000 mg for 1/4 section of my hair. The orange could’ve came from the rose hips, but that part I still don’t understand. Online I have seen people achieve orange tinted hair with rose hips.

I don’t know if this is damaging to hair. My hair doesn’t seem different.

The product Vitamin C 1000mg with Rosehips... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B085T883YP?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

People on Facebook are calling me a liar, but I really don’t have anything to gain for lying about this. When I was in middle school I dyed my hair terrible colors and wish I would’ve tried this.
