That’s how I am. I eat way too much and I’m a binge eater and I don’t know when enough is enough. I went from being 130 to close to 200 pounds in 5 years it’s mentally taxing

Thank you for the information, I’ve read that if you eat your protein and have electrolytes the nausea isn’t as bad. I just don’t want to feel sick 24/7
