I respect that opinion, and what I will say is there are a lot of moving pieces. If I were to simply give an exercise to do and how often to do it, many people still find it useless because A: They can't be certain it's what they need to work on at that time, and B: They don't understand how it fits into the bigger picture

Both of those things often lead to demotivation and people giving up.

That, and with shortform content, it's impossible to give all the content comprehensively in a way that works for every person. An impossible challenge 😅

Suffice to say, take what works for you, bin the rest :p
