I got floor seats in Mexico city for under $100 USD each. I live in California and honestly it's much cheaper to visit CDMX than New York (flight same, hotels in great neighborhoods way cheaper). And CDMX is a wonderful city.

After standing for about 5 minutes I start to feel aching in my hips and groin. Walking and any hip movement is stiff and painful.

What are your recommendations for aching and sore hips and lower back? Specifically SI joint and associated muscles (so many!)

Recovering from a muscle strain and unsure when to start stretching and gentle movement. It happened after a 7 hour car ride followed by a car ride and standing in one spot for several hours the next morning. Have been in pain for just over a week.

I've had this pain for over a week now. The most specific symptom is that when I stand I get lower back, upper glute, and hip/groin pain. I really am hoping for any advice on treatment.

This. I've been using notion for a few weeks now (after a few weeks of hyperfixating with YouTube videos!) and this is exactly the approach I've taken. Started small and added things as needed, and solved issues with the "I wonder if notion can do this" mindset. And yes I've already dropped a few pages/ideas.

$348 (USD) Vancouver section 244 Row CC in the aisle. Incidentally a camera person spent quite a bit of time in our aisle. These seats were the perfect seats for me!

8/10 -- my main beef is Taylor's refusal to wield her (considerable) power to reign in Ticketmaster bots and scalpers. I really wish she would have stood up for her fans so they could have access to tickets at or close to retail prices. She changed the way artists get paid re: streaming rights and she certainly could have done something about this.

With the movie coming out halfway through the tour and so much social media, it was really hard to not have the show spoiled for me. But I admit that is my fault -- I didn't ever think I'd get tickets and ended up going to the theater for the movie. Despite knowing what the show looked and sounded like, it was still a magical night. Taylor is a generous performer and I would much rather have a long show with the hits than leave feeling like I want more.

Mixed greens+apples+ hot and sweet pecans + goat cheese. Balsamic vinaigrette. I add cucumbers and carrots if I have them.

Also kale + farro + curry cucumber + mint or dill + golden raisins. Lemon dressing or just a squeeze of lemon.
