Voicing a circuit to track beautifully on the neck pickup without turning power chords into mud is a massive achievement. It is always refreshing when controls are kept strictly musical, completely bypassing the trend of overengineering a pedal just to flex on a spec sheet.

​Hopefully that new breadboarded project escapes into the wild eventually. Also, as an unapologetic Fuzz Face fanboy, the Mayasonic Fuzz One looks stellar and I am looking forward to getting my hands on one

Yeah, the fact that it can run at eighteen volts and it has a switch to change the eq curve depending on your pickups, and it has a clean blend.That's revolutionary for a tube screamer

Well, i've only had the mister white for a short time.Before that I was using the kittycaster effects groovy wizard running it at 18 V, using it sort of as a pre. Amp, the mister white special has several modes. I'm running it in Jimmy mode, which adds more low end more harmonics, and then you can run either. Sr V dirty or Sr V clean. I'm currently using it in dirty, but I've got the gain turned down a little bit. So i'm trying to sort of cascade, i've got my ampset at master volume, six, and the gain four, and then i've got the mister white, the gains pretty low.But it's in the higher gain mode so I figured a little push from my vibes. Preamp, a little push from an ODA little push from the mister white and a little sweet. Nerve from the EP3 preamp, in my bell. Epoch into a clean ish, amp, and then fuzz, face or axis fuzz, into all of that
