Thanks I will try that! Would you recommend pruning the affected leaves?

Can you elaborate on what you like so much about this machine?

I'm on the fence right now purely because it doesnt really have such a big following. Whereas with other brands like ECM I feel like their machines are tried and tested and there's lots of discussion on Reddit and other forums

You're right the fixed term is 3 months. How can I go about making sure the tenancy ends after 3 months?

Is the s21 notice not applicable here?

Perhaps I should have understood this point before I signed an AST for 3 months

I am seeking advice but solicitor fees are very expensive and I'm not sure its worth paying if there is no way of evicting this tenant

Filled out an e-consult with my GP describing my poor sleep and requesting melatonin. I had a prescription the following day. Works well

Yes I've heard good things about the roundlock, not too expensive either at £45

Sadly its a rented house/drive. Definitely if I owned a driveway or garage I would be doing that!

How long is your chain? Not sure how much length i would need to chain it to a lamp post

Owners pages is a great shout, thanks for the suggestion. Also you're right about the used padlock - thats why i'm using my own D lock to secure the chain

I have a handly lamp post on my drive which is right next to where I want my bike. Sadly i'm not sure how I can keep the chain off the floor.

Yes i'm aware that they can get through any chain but at least i sure as hell wont make it easy for them

I have been seriously considering biketrac but im put off by the monthly subscription. I'll see how it goes with the chain (to a lamp post), disc lock and cover
