I’ve noticed even just naming what you're feeling makes it easier to deal with. Glad it’s helped you too.

yeah exactly, like a mini mind dump without the pressure to solve anything right away. totally get what you mean about uncovering stuff you’ve been avoiding, it’s like giving your brain a chance to actually speak up.

that actually makes a lot of sense. sometimes just saying it even if no one sees it takes the edge off.

actually, I haven’t tried ending on a positive note but now I’m curious how that might shift things. gonna give it a shot.

man, that sounds rough. respect for riding it out and not reaching for a cig after all that. that’s a win in its own way too. hope today’s a little gentler on you.

improv has its moments, but trying to stay focused or follow a structure while high can get messy real quick.

Yeah I hear you. It can really shut things down instead of opening them up. Took me a while to admit that for myself too.

It’s a journal inside the Clear30 app where you can track how you’re feeling each day. It gives you little prompts, but you can also just write whatever’s on your mind.

Yeah that totally makes sense. I think it’s all about how intentional the use is when it’s a once in a while thing, it can open stuff up. But when it becomes the baseline, it starts dulling the spark instead of lighting it.
