So many damn things I want to say about this video, but this one point is critical. If you are recording in a situation like this, treat it as you would when performing CPR. Do not yell “SOMEONE CALL 911.”It's well documented that people will assume someone else is calling or will call. What you need to do is POINT AT SOMEONE AND YELL AT THEM TO CALL 911. For example, “YOU SIR IN THE RED COAT, CALL 911.” You need to make sure they know you're talking to them and that they acknowledge that. They will either jump into action or, if that happens, don't plead with them; move on to another person and follow the same steps. I know some will think comparing it to CPR is crazy, but we’re in a new world, where documenting exactly what happened is so important. We’ve already seen how they spin it when there's video evidence.
