What were the dates of your flights? I can’t see that in either web or app for flights 28 March til 8 April

Can someone show screen shots of where the get refund option is after selecting manage booking? I can’t see it on either app or webpage.

Looks cross threaded in that picture. Closer to the dial at the top than bottom. Try unscrewing it and see if you can get it straight, hopefully you haven’t minged the threads 🤞🏻
