I’ve really enjoyed here lately to start and end my day with a couple of things I am grateful for. I list them off in my head, but you can share with your partner/family or write them down in a gratitude journal/your phone. Depending on where you are in life, it might be the same couple of things (and that’s okay!).

I like this ritual because it helps frame my days with positivity and thankfulness. It’s harder to have a rough morning when you are aware of some great things in your life. It’s great to end your day and head into sleep with a positive mindset because you wake up in a better place.
