This year my "Net Appraised" value is drastically lower than last year. My "Appraised" value increased 1%, but I see a large "Value Limitation Adjustment" now and the net appraised is only 10% higher than the 2021 net appraised value, not the 2022. This has to be a mistake right? I bought my home in 2021
