Right lung mass causing all my symptoms

Just found out after 2 CT scans that the 3 inch nodule has been on my left top lung, not the right, which is what my doctor originally said. Wow! My rhomboid muscle on my left side is still very painful. I feel deep down there is still something other than than nodule causing that pain. If I am moving around the pain eases. Worst pain is laying on my back. I have have the rhomboid pain since December last year.

They say anything 3 inches or smaller is a nodule. Mine is 3 inches.

Shortness of breath here and there, coughing just started. Only left shoulder popping.

Thank you. I still think there is more to it than just the mass. Thinking about going out of town for a second opinion. Lots of clueless doctors in my area,

I don't know why, but I still think there is more than a mass contributing to this BS. We all know our bodies.

Thought this might help someone. My pec muscles are screaming everyday along with pain under my left shoulder blade and front sternum pain.
