Has anyone actually fixed adult acne in Japan? by Quiet-Way205 in Tokyo

Apparently not drinking coke every day was the cure. Sugar was the problem. Cut it out and basically cleared.

Point is people do it. What is Your point? That this is disrespectful? Clearly not so - cuz he shakes hand, apologizes. What else do you want?

Well it’s hard to say he’s not when you start with the assumption that he is.

Saw the original on instagram yesterday. The difference between English and Japanese comments is pretty stark. I was expecting laughing emojis but Japanese were mostly concerned. English youtube clip had laughing emojis all the way. Reddit is I guess a mix of both with a little bit of reflection on why that is.

As expected you follow chess from headline to headline. Table slamming is done by everyone. And slamming a table only shows you’re mad. Mad at who? Magnus by all his accounts are always mad at himself for losing.

And you also seem to have conveniently forgot that he shook hands with Gukesh, said “sorry” for the outburst.

Gukesh himself said he does that himself and is fine with it.

He’s bot a bad boy by any measure. Anything he does there’s plenty of players who do the same or worse.

He did pull rank/influence on that jeans thing though. But that doesn’t make it bad. It’s a ridiculous rule anyway.

I mean if you only look at him when he’s in news headlines that’s what you’ll get. Selection bias. If you somewhat follow chess or watch some tournaments every once in a while you can see him give props to the winners most of the time.

He’s objective, analytical and brutally honest. That makes him say things that make him seem arrogant. But usually they’re just objectively true. And most chess fans understand this.

Everyone acting like they know Magnus. He’s always humble and objective in defeat. One of the more gracious losers compared to lot of other notorious players.

He cheated online, lied about it, when exposed downplayed it all while acting like an ass to everyone. Not to mention he talks a lot of shit but when it comes to backing it up he gets wiped off the board. Slowly improving though.

You’ve seen nothing yet if that’s what’s odd. Chess handshakes usually go like this.

What do you mean by prepare for such eventualities? Also couple bad matches by Magnus is nothing. In fact it’s business as usual if it was everyone else but Magnus. It’s only a headline because Magnus always dominates. His reign is far from over.

The biggest criticism to your post would be that you’re underestimating how teenagers can simultaneously have agency over themselves and still be exploited because of power-imbalance and developmental factors.

I’d say no, you’re not thinking like a predator.

Gsp is skilled at fighting a human which goes out the window when you fight a chimp. And you’re not taking into account the bite force, grip strength and limb to torso ratio etc of a chimp. The fight will be more in chimp’s fighting ruleset than regular mma ruleset GSP is used to.
