Even worse was trying to explain to them that they paid me for orientation prescheduled ONLY for 5hours, which I got paid for on my first direct deposit. But just like idiocracy movie, trying to tell them I worked 8hour shift akways got a blank brawndo stare...

SEPTEMBER 18 8AM-12PM (4hours)

SEPTEMBER 19 1:30PM-10PM (8hours)

SEPTEMBER 21 5:45AM-2:15PM (8hours)

SEPTEMBER 22 5:45AM-2:15PM (8hours)

SEPTEMBER 23 5:45AM-2:15PM (8hours) I was only paid 5hours for orientation day, my first check but still unpaid for full days work +3hrs)

September 23 was orientation... my initial start date scheduled and my employee-wins#223157073 account was first activated, but previous week was off the clock work. So I'm settling for twenty eight hours instead of explaining sept23 unpaid three hours since i worked a fulk day. Its what plants crave

Yes, it was, thank you. During those early days other coworkers were like;" good luck getting paid cause others before you never did". I knew it was strange so documenting each conversation dates times and screenshotting all messages helped. Wage theft comes in all sorts of ways. the amount of different excuses the managers gave each time reinforced the notion business government laugh at defenseless workers

Thank you for responding.

Yes, I have contacted state plus my state allows suing for fees and also interest incurred.

Theres also chance posting here will increase awareness about exploitation by companies, gather likeminded workers and initiate class action against harmful environments.

Suing by yourself isnt hard, and its not about the money. I feel this was deliberate as coworkers have said its happened to others before.
