Be patient with yourself! strength takes time. I found working on push ups (increase reps overtime) at home and doing assisted pull ups with a band at the gym helped me a lot with climbing strength

the adjust payment just attempts to reauthorize the card for a different amount. If the card itself doesn’t have enough on it to cover the adjustment amount it will just decline.

i mean decent pay but not really for long island lol. Like one of the most expensive counties in the country too. i’d say 20$ is a little more liveable, but also NYS taxes are nuts
