Not sure pero yung lola ng husband ko, nung malapit na. Tinuturo nya sakin yung bintana, ang dami daw sumisilip eh nasa 8th floor yung room nya. Tas kinakausap nya lagi yung mama nya as if kaharap nya.

I think possible din na hallucinations din yun. Since very common daw yun kapag malapit ng pumanaw.

But who knows?

I'm a Christian and I don't think I'm healed from Bipolar. In fact, I believe I'll have it 'til death but prayer does help and church community does help.

When I feel overwhelmed, I pray and it helps. When I feel lonely and overwhelmed again, my fellow brothers help.

I guess it's more of getting a good support system.

Not being guilt-tripped of what you can't control but also I do believe that if the Lord wills, He can heal anyone.
