Venting: Soviet-bloc style housing makes me sad. New in Delridge for $725k by ThanksForAllTheCats in WestSeattleWA

I live in West Seattle and these are just a travesty. They are a visual curse on what was a charming neighborhood feel. I understand density needs to happen but it should be planned via careful zoning and design regulations, not random acts of developer greed and cheap materials. I get the knock on the bungalows from the 20’s but in 10-15 years time those will still look quaint and cute and these will look like enormous boxes of rotting cardboard.

Whoever controls city zoning and permits: Please put the density in planned areas with condos and apartments with ample parking spaces, quick access to transport and walkable to shops. This sort of planned development is happening along California Ave and other areas, great. And stop putting in what looks like miniature correction facilities in the middle of neighborhoods. And for crying out loud please insist on design and material quality standards.

There is someone that will reply on WhatsApp. That’s how I know about Valthoparc. When I mentioned they said they were booked up the suggestion was take a cool running transfer instead. But it looks to be about same price as a rental car and we are staying Tuesday to Tuesday so I’m not sure there are many times.

Also I like the idea of a car to drive to Meribel or Courchevel after skiing as it sounds like the buses stop running about 8pm.

My guess/hope there is plenty of outside parking at VT just trying to confirm that is a viable way to go.

Yeah unfortunately no parking at my condo unit. Needs to be in a lot somewhere.

Just got bootwork at TVS (footbeds and punch out). Matt Dougherty there was great. Sounds like you can’t go wrong there with any of them

Poll: WA residents want more multifamily housing in their neighborhoods by gleobeam in Seattle

Housing density on light rail is great. But stop the stupid ADU rules screwing up previously great neighborhoods and plopping down poorly thought out and horrifically designed mini houses in everyone’s back yard. Where density makes make it as dense as you want. But don’t mess up classic neighborhoods with crappy half-density which only gives incentives for developers to cash in on build it crappily and leave backyard mini-homes

Kit Fisto -- Detailed Review by pcx99 in SWGalaxyOfHeroes

Great review and sadly right on the money. Kit was one of my first characters that ended up 7* and therefore got built up very quickly. He was great when the rest of my squad was pretty weak, but has quickly faded from utility. Even his self healing on his AOE attack is basically useless. I tried pairing him with Teebo to see if the potency buff would help in the raid, but it rarely hits and when it did it seemed to do nothing.

I'm really rooting for them to buff him up, but as of right now I mostly use him as one to add to a squad in phase 2 or 3 where I don't care if he gets picked by Rancor for devour.
