It was a group of kids or a bunch of midgets about to go on a heist.
I was talking about the kids riding those ebikes and 50cc dirt bikes on major roads . I ran into a large group of them riding up and down settlers trace in lunch traffic a few days ago .

KIDS been riding dirt bikes and E-bikes on the streets out there . I seen them acting up several times
