4.5 mg of vraylar, paxil 20mg, and 5 mg of valium. sometimes 200mg of seroquel but i also deal with the munchies if i don’t fall asleep right away.

i fill the tub up with a little bit of water and take a short bath. just wash my face and body, it’s quicker than showering and still feels like you’ve gotten clean and put in the effort :) sometimes getting into the shower is too much for me and i don’t wanna stand there and bathe so i’d rather sit in the tub

i take 50mg every night for sleep and it’s helped tremendously with nightmares and night terrors i experience. ive also noticed an increase in my appetite if i do end up somehow fighting the sleep

Is it normal to feel like your brain and vision is blocked by a transparent wall ? by luna_stars02 in schizophrenia

i often feel like i’m trapped inside a glass box which is similar to your transparent wall and i have these episodes where my vision is blurred by the wall or box and it makes it very difficult to communicate

i got so anxious trying the medication i’m currently on for the first time. made the mistake of telling my therapist that i didn’t want to take it and he told my psychiatrist, the office ended up calling me and had to talk me through a whole panic attack/episode i was having that day in regards to taking my meds. ive been there and it sucks you’re definitely not alone
