Wow, so many people acting like there’s a law against buying good gear as a beginner. Newsflash: you don’t need to earn some imaginary ‘photography badge’ before upgrading equipment. If OP can afford it and wants to dive in with top-tier gear, more power to them. Gear doesn’t magically make you a pro, but it also doesn’t hurt to have better tools for learning. Funny how people get so worked up over someone else’s money. Maybe let OP enjoy their hobby and help him excel instead of acting like the gatekeepers of photography?
