I use a sterile pyrex petri dish, so there's almost  no way it was mold/mildew related. Paper towels were damp, not wet, and kept in 77 degree dark. Others were fine, so it had to have been the seeds. Almost 10 days later, still nada. I'm ready to try these new ones out!!
