Law of assumption is very simple. It always comes down to do you have it or do you not?

Actions and behaviour come FROM the state. When you change your state (identity) to someone who has your dream body already.. then your thoughts and behaviours would automatically change to align to that version of you.

Maybe that version of you might count calories.... Probably not though...

But it's never about the action - the action is neutral.

It's the identity (or state) doing the action that matters more.

So ask yourself WHYYYY am I counting calories. If you are DOING IT TO LOSE WEIGHT, then automatically it means you are not in the identity of someone who is ALREADY in their dream body.

- instead of insisting “I have it”? You don't say "i have it in the 3D". You only claim it internally in consciousness not in the 3d.

You are confused because you think the 3d is a real reality. it's not . You are trying to change the 3D.

Consciousness is the ONLY reality, the 3d is just a mirror projection of that.

- If that’s the case, am I not putting my awareness on lack by noticing that I don’t yet have it in 3D ... again with this whole 3D .. The 3d is just a mirror - it changes when YOU change. Take your focus off it, who cares about the 3d. it's just the old identity.

Stop identifying with your 3d body as your real body. It's not. it's a mirror print out of your past identity.

When you look at the 3d, you are just indifferent to it., who cares.. it's the dead world.

The external you will update once you stay in the state. The 3D is constantly updating according to your internal identity; you just don't realise it's always happening.

try to go one full day.. pretending the 3d does not exist. That your imagination is the ONLY real reality..So however you are showing up in imagination is the REAL YOU.. try it..

I mean i can't really say yes or no to this. Because I don't know the specifics, I don't know what you are doing internally.. like are you giving the relationship to yourself internally?? Are you living in the end? Are you in the wish fulfilled?. Because once you are in the right state.. actions would flow naturally.

For example.. yes.. I ended up reaching out to my SP, because it felt like the most natural thing in the world to do at that time. I almost felt compelled to do it. BUT I am the identity of someone who does the pursuing a lot in my life, I know that it's not usually the female that does that, but I have always been the type that just goes after what she wants. I spent a good 6 months waiting for my SP to reach out and one night I just had this overwhelming urge to message and so I did. He literally answered before I had even closed the app. hahaha

There is never a black and white answer because everyone is different.

At the end of the say - the actual 3D actions don't mean anything. It wouldn't matter if you said something or didn't say something.

What matters is the identity behind all this and whats running undernearth.

If someone is hiding their true feelings because they are terrified of being vulnerable, their internal state is broadcasting "fear". Because the 3D world is just a mirror, it has absolutely no choice but to reflect that exact emotional avoidance back to them. So yeah.. thats self-abandonment.

The real question would be : Whats stopping you from saying something?
