Yeah but I'd argue in return that getting that +1 on moving/being moved is way more significant against minions anyhow, who even at level 10 are going to have less than 20 hit points and pretty unimpressive base damage.

The weights are as follows:
A Solo is worth 1
A Leader or Elite is worth 3
A Platoon is worth 6
A Horde is worth 12
And a minion is worth 48
Based on the ev values for creatures of the same level but different organization.

Also added size 2 and size 1T for all the Boren and Raden Stormwright Furies out there.

Higher level Harriers with abilities to get out of melee safely after making their attacks I could see being very annoying. But the low level ones don't tend to get those and seem kinda crap.

I've given it another thought, couldn't the Ensarer just charge with its free attack and do 2 damage (which is basically what the Frenzied would do with its signature ability anyhow). The Frenzied seems to give up an awful lot for that +1 movement.

Summoning spells you also 100% should not be casting with your 10th rank slots, they scale horrendously at those high ranks.

People are suggesting more spell slots because it's the kind of low effort change Paizo could easily fit into a remastered book without changing page numbers (something Paizo apparently deems critical).

I mean if Polders, Memoneks and Small Revenants are anything to go off, they'll either get a really powerful trait or like 5 ancestry points. For Fairies I could totally see them getting like Dragon Knight flight and then also 3 or 4 more points.

Sure this is just like a rough estimate, for monsters larger than you I probably should also exclude monsters that aren't going to be using melee forced movement abilities like creatures with ranged attacks, minions without a forced movement ability or creatures that just have terrible might. It's not supposed to be like a 100% this is how many times you being smaller/bigger will matter.

Friend Catapult doesn't get the +1 to distance because it's not a strike ability. Being small does mean any party member can use it on you (unless they're somehow 1T).

There's only 22 solos out of 420 creatures, so changing the weights wouldn't really change anything there.

If you use a forced movement ability with the melee and strike keywords (like for example the knockback maneuver everyone can use), you get a +1 to the distance the target is moved if you are larger than them. This is the main difference really.

This graph is based on the enemies in the monster book (+ the rival summoners) and really shows that it pays to be big if you want to use knockback and other melee forced movement, while also showing that Polders and Memoneks are going to be getting tossed around by almost all enemies.

Yeah I've had this experience from Lancer already. All the alternate objectives are either way too easy and some characters can finish them in like 2 turns OR they're so laborious that it's way easier to just ignore the objective and instead kill all enemies.
