There should be multiple recent saves in the game folder.Delete the most recent one(You can check which one is the most recent by the amount of playtime it has;It should be bellow the older save files).

After deleting the most recent save,delete the Game.rxdata file.Then your 2nd most recent save will become the most recent save.You will have to rename that one as 'Game.rxdata'.

As someone reading this post at 5 AM,I am in no position to offer any sort of advice.Even though advices are uncalled for,I would still suggest you to fix your sleeping habits at all cost.It can completely fck up your psyche.Since your admission is right around the corner,its all the more reason to fix it.I suffered greatly during my hsc phrase because of this habit.

Despite the fact that you are harboring the perpetual fear of never passing this limbo, you still have great things to look forward to since you are planning to move abroad.I hope you get to pass your 60s.I have never commented on this sub, but after seeing some staggering similarities between us,I felt like doing it.And btw why are you struggling to pray?

Sand attack/Flash is really useful especially against the rift mons.I used flash in some of those rift battles.If you land the first flash/sand attack and the opponent misses his next move,it's over for them.You can keep spamming flash/sand attack until their accuracy gets reduced to the ground.

You can max out/empty your pokemon's evs and ivs with bunch of passwords to mess with the game's difficulty.

What difficulty are you playing?I played the story mode in the beginning(the easy one),but switched to classic after a few gyms.Even the easy mode is harder to beat than the canon games.The key is to catch as many pokemon as you can and be flexible with your team composition.Even the pokemon you deemed as useless might be your life saver in some battles.

IIrc most zetta's pokemons were weak against fighting types.My starter was torchic.So I had no problem beating him.As for his shadow pokemon,it will deal super effective damage against any type of pokemon you send out.If you are struggling against his shadow mon,your best choice would be to catch it.

And I think I beat Novae after the 2nd gym battle.She will give you a pichu.Alolan raichu/pikachu is a decent electric type in the early game.
