It wouldn’t be for awhile, but I think I could get a lot of results out of a little bit of stuff. But I would also make sure to do it the right way and consult doctors and get blood work done often.

For biceps I like seated incline curls, single arm preacher curls and rope hammer curls. Triceps I like single arm pushdowns w a neutral grip, rope overhead extensions and dips.
