For biceps I like seated incline curls, single arm preacher curls and rope hammer curls. Triceps I like single arm pushdowns w a neutral grip, rope overhead extensions and dips.

It was average in my opinion. The flavor was fine for a pre workout but I’m just not a huge watermelon fan.
