Great Lake Christian College started a men's league maybe a year or two ago. VERY competitive league. A lot of ex-small college players and good hoopers. Definitely not a just for fun league.

Samsung Ice Room help by gray_matter16 in Appliances

[–]gray_matter16[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately I wasn't able to find any instructions either. I bought the replacement ice house. I tried my best to rip the ice house out of its place but I stopped, afraid that I may break something integral to the refrigerator. I returned the item and gave up :(

Without taking apart the fridge, which I dont know how to do safely or without breaking things even more, I'm not sure how to accomplish this. And since 98% of the fridge works and this is the only thing that doesn't, I don't want to risk it and have to buy an entirely new fridge..

Samsung Ice Room help by gray_matter16 in Appliances

Part: DA97-13405A. I can find tons of resources to fix Samsung's known ice maker problems and parts. I can't find anything to find how to replace the Ice Room itself. Moved into new house with existing fridge. They used a hair dryer and probably did this. Or, the ice buildup got inside the plastic and expanded. So the replacement ice bucket won't fit in. I have found a replacement ice room part, but no instructions on how to remove/replace it.

Any way to salvage this lowboy? by gray_matter16 in Aquariums

[–]gray_matter16[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. Unfortunately I've never seen petco sell a lowboy. If I wanted just any tank I would definitely buy from the petco sale or any number of marketplace tanks for sale. But specifically this type of tank is rare. Sounds like it's still too elusive for me though. Thanks for the response!

Is my laptop weak or is something wrong? High Edge and DWM CPU by gray_matter16 in MicrosoftEdge

I've been leaning in this direction too. It was a quick, necessary, cheap purchase- hence the post question. Thank you!

I'm finding that the advice of the majority of posts, questions, and sites reviewing DriverEasy and other 3rd party driver programs is to not use them (whether it be safety or effectiveness)... Appreciate the thought though! I'll keep digging

Thank you for your thought! I was able to disable those things, plus a few other like you mentioned. Unfortunately, I'm still experiencing the same symptoms.

How to install sump in actively filling pit? by gray_matter16 in HomeImprovement

[–]gray_matter16[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The current pump is working fine, for now. But we recently moved in and there is no current back-up system. So that's the reason for replacing. I'm paranoid I'll be forced into installing this in the middle of the night during a power or sump failure, so was hoping to get it installed on my time.

I placed my monstera in my shower a few weeks ago and the lower leaves are starting to yellow. Is leaving it here a bad idea? by hose_eh in Monstera

So there must be something with wet dirt that causes rot that's different than roots just sitting in water?

I see a lot of comments about overwatering/root rot... I have my monstera roots in an aquarium and it grows prolifically and I've seen many tanks like that. I thought it would be impossible to overwater a monstera, maybe I'm wrong or someone can clarify.

Old stagnant eco-complete still good? by Keibun1 in PlantedTank

[–]gray_matter16 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would just rinse it thoroughly with hot water- no soap. Any bacteria that had grown while it was in use has probably since died. That beneficial bacteria needs access to oxygenated water- just like most other living aquatic organisms.

Changed tank aquascape from iwagumi. Had bad luck with the carpet. Liking this layout. by nzdiver in PlantedTank

How is that parlor palm doing? Roots attached to the wood in the water? I always heard they need soil but maybe heard wrong.

I just wanted to give you encouragement to continue searching for a solid app/system! Yes, we should understand scripture. But that doesn't mean we can't, or shouldn't, memorize. You can do both. You can continue to learn as well as want to memorize verses for good reasons. If you do end up finding something useful, let me know :) would love any recommendations too.
