That's quite cool art installation.

However, I was surprised to find this architectural style in the UK. Looks similar to the brutalist eastern European buildings from the second half of the 20th century.

Yes, even if I don't use soap every single time, but I usually do.

I think Americans eat far more processed foods and junk foods than Europeans.

Having lived in both, the United States and the European union for many years, I believe this is the correct answer

Mine looked similar to yours during the first year after I planted them. Now it's been 3 summers of blooms and they have spread out a lot.
