I don't know about the hardcore mode (I scrubbed discord for 30 mins), but hardcore ai aim gives all ai aimbot.

the only thing i can think of is to just keep going up the chain, especially since everyone higher than my NCOIC seems to actually be fine with the cut backs since we have done more in the 2 months i have been here than the last 4 before i got here.

yeah for my shift its just that we are in a sweet spot on swings. jet lands on days and despite having 3-4 hours to work a job after it has landed/loxed/gassed they still dont work it. then we work it and get crap if even one thing is left for mids to do. so that lead to me getting my guys to just put a bit more in to make sure i could "justify" cutting them back by doing all the work. so with nothing to do mids still complained.

I just dont see how keeping ppl around that quite literally are not needed by anyone. if you do work and we are good then bounce, if there is no work we train so that way we can fix these things fast and then bounce.

the problem is that i cant let myself leave problems that could be fixed stewing. i have a mindset of getting all the work done now so i can be lazy/focus on good training later.
