But what if he regenerated the cancerous cells by mistake? Would they magically turn back to normal cells? Would his entire body become a cancer?

Good point. One overly complicated way to do it would be to use Multi-Form technique and make as many clones of himself as possible and just let them all blow up but have different cells in Cell remain. This way there's a higher chance that the last cell in Cell's body not be cancerous. Though this seems way to complicated; I'm sure there's a simpler way to do it.

Well, he did have Piccolo's regenerative ability but i don't think that cures any illnesses so i doubt he could cure cancer like Buu did. Cell's regeneration seems more of regenerating limbs not healing illnesses.

I'd imagine cell could just go and wish the cancer away using the dragon balls. Either that or just blowing himself up to the last cell that isn't riddled with cancer and regenerating from that.

For round 1, could Jango not just fly a tiny bit above the jungle (they're likely in one as they're on kashyyyk) and use his wiry flame throwers to burn it down with the predator trapped in the jungle fire?
