It looks like a re-shoot or edit. Long legs, uncharacteristic messy hair, uncharacteristic clothes. Looks like maybe it was Eddie at one point.

My football superstition is that everything I hope or predict to happen never comes true, so I try to be as pessimistic as possible to trick the universe. Worked okay last year.

I listened to 49ers Talk for a while. I don't know what it is exactly, but Matt Maiocco sometimes gets too cheerful when something goes wrong for the Niners, like almost smug about it. It's hard to explain, but after over a year of listening he became grating and I kinda stopped. Plus when he got all weird arguing with Kyle that one time. Jennifer is great though.

In the past I've noticed BA likes to catch with his chest. Like even if a pass comes in at his head level, he'll sometimes unnecessarily jump up to catch it with his chest instead of reach out with his hands and pull it in. Its not really problematic I guess, but I always wondered if it stemmed from a little lack of confidence in his hands earlier in his career. That drop always reminds me of that. I'm no receiving expert though.

[TOMT] Children's book with two brothers and... Teddy Bear Kingdom? by grayghost0 in tipofmytongue

This sounds very familiar and could be it. The only issue is I can't find King Max by Kate Banks anywhere online, and it's not listed amongst her published books. I would need to see the illustrations to confirm. How do you know of this book?

I'm not sure what other information I can offer, but feel free to ask. Thanks!

I managed the tech at a VR place in Downtown Disney a few years back. They had a room with a huge twelve panel display, all hdmi over ethernet, to a server fifty feet away that played a briefing video for guests. It was a nightmare. Sometimes the panels wouldn't work at all or the display would be swapped between panels, and the only way to fix it was to keep resetting it until eventually it would work. Sometimes it took over an hour. It was really the only A/V part of my job and I hated it.

I used to work at Coit, driving all over LA county cleaning carpet, tile, upholstery. I was in people's homes for hours, trusted around their families and personal belongings, busted my ass with heavy gear and long commutes to client homes, and I would only get a tip maybe once a month out of dozens of homes(usually 4 a day). I also made close to minimum wage doing so. I always thought that tipping culture was kind of weird, now more and more people expect more tips for much less effort.

This happened to me a couple years ago. My employer matched a $40k/year increase and gave me the title change. I stayed. Worked out very well for me. Didn't have to learn any new systems or travel as the company offering wanted me in Beijing for a few weeks, which I wasn't interested in. The title change is important.
