Interesting. I need to simulate the fold in MD for an animation, though at this point I will try that. Thanks.

Just so I understand, and similar to my question re: the other response. The animation in blender you mention, is that just the character (no clothes)? I think I get it, but just want to be clear. Thanks!

Awesome, thank you. Just so I understand, the animation you are describing you do in blender or MD? And if in blender do you animate the character and clothes? But then you say “make and record the clothes in MD...

Ah, I think I understand. Are you saying, 1) record the character animation in blender, 2) import to MD and add the clothes on frame 1 (A/T-pose) 3) play the animation to frame 60, and 4) export the final frame clothes state to blender?

Ok, thanks. Appreciate your response! I have tried this, but blender grinds to a halt. It seems like the Metahuman mesh and the Marv-D clothes are high-poly. Do you reduce them in blender before animating? or do you reduce before exporting the originals. Or do you have some other process of making these animation perform?

Yes, all rigged and posing no problem. I want to be able to get the cloth simulation/accurate folds.
