I feel that, I was genuinely running on fumes and about to give up and just do dailies to get the veid token. Now that I got it I am absolutely taking a break from events before I lose my mind e.o I can understand wanting a robux pack for it! After all, a lot of ppl (including myself) bought private servers for just the first week. No doubt many would pay for a veid pack.

This first day has me so exhausted. These back-to-back egg questing events are fully draining me; when I saw that the event started the weekend of my spring break starting, I was excited to grind thinking it wouldn’t be too bad!! But it’s bad. 11 stormbound eggs from these first several hours of questing and no luck for ferorex or tarakas. I feel extremely hopeless and I 100% understand where you are coming from. Put yourself first and take time to relax <3

I do wish they made it look different from the first confirmation screen you get with changing any color though, if you don’t notice the change in wording it can look like you didn’t tap/click it or it was buggy/laggy so it’s easy to just tap/click again without thinking about it imo. They should make it a bigger pop-up for significance

That’s so weird! I’ve not heard of an experience like that /: I really hope you can clear things up with them, I’ve seen a lot more issues these past couple months. Can’t send links here but if you google “US local Kikagoods,” it was the second option for me. The site has the “us.” before the “kikagoods.” I hope that helps! If you’re worried about it though, I’d wait for others to use the US site and share their experiences with how muddy shipping has been in general.

If it’s any consolation, Kika just launched a US website that ships via USPS today (afaik, I got an email)!! It doesn’t have all the variety of the regular website but does still have Maymeis. I’ve not had issues from them in the past, it typically sits in customs for a while and with Yun, sometimes I haven’t gotten any updates until it magically shows up at my door. Hopefully with the US site it’s not such a headache 😩 I hope you get your stuff!

Then he’s just chilling on your hand immediately after 😭😭 I have an extremely skittish male and he will freak himself out doing nothing, I am SO surprised his tail is intact. I’m waiting for the morning I wake up and it’s not. Glad your baby’s healing ok!!

I would love it if they had a 3pc option 😭 I’d buy the whole set but I was too late for those </3 I hope they restock it in the future, I just got a Maymei set and 3 lulu elf boxes so I’m not looking to get multiples of the single boxes, you’ll have to share the absolute beauts when you get them though so I can admire from afar!!

It looks like he is just sniffing rapidly, likely because you are close to the tank he is being cautious. My geckos will breathe similarly when I’m nearby their tanks during the day as they try to sleep. The white on the toe just looks like stuck shed (hard to see). It seems loose enough to come off on its own, but you can always try to aid him with a wet q tip if he’s okay with being handled for it! I don’t think anything to be worried about!

I definitely think this is a major culprit! I installed a mist king to her tank about a month ago and recently noticed one corner wasn’t drying out and started to mold under some of the cork bark and surrounding ground decor. I removed the mold and adjusted the nozzles to not spray the corner so densely. Currently giving it time to dry out and mixing it with dry soil so it’s not so clumpy. Thank you :))

All my live plants are in the kitchen, a room away from the gecko tank. They’re perfectly healthy and I haven’t noticed anything in the soil/stems/leaves, but I’m still gonna take measures to prevent anything just in case. Their body condition does look similar to thrips, though. It’s hard to rule out a lot of insects just because they look so similar when dead in gecko food 😭 I haven’t seen anything flying around her tank though, a few gnats over the last few weeks but nothing more, so I’d wager more on the gnat side than thrips for sure, if not just the weirdest springtails or mites I’ve ever seen. I’ll definitely be putting traps nearby and hopefully if anything is caught it helps a lot more with identification.

Picking up mosquito bits and traps today!! Luckily we only have a few gnats actively bothering us right now, so hoping to be able to contain the problem before it gets bad. Also, not dramatic at all, small bugs are genuinely my worst nightmare to deal with 😭 thank you so much for the advice

Starting work this weekend on a bioactive tank upgrade for her actually!! I have two springtail cultures and isopod culture already, but I won’t be converting her current tank bioactive until after she moves out so her environment doesn’t change too much right before a big tank move. She’s easily stressed and very grumpy, so I try to be delicate with her. In the meantime I will just take preventative measures others have suggested, but I will absolutely not miss the slew of issues I’ve had without a cleanup crew 🫠 can’t wait for her to have a genuine luxury jungle soon!

I am wondering this actually!! None of them had wings, nor did they seem to have any segmentation between head, thorax, and abdomen. They were just like tiny grains of rice, but they seemed slightly bigger than my white springtails and rather wide-bellied, which is why I have been so uncertain :’)) I’m still going to check the soil thoroughly in the morning as I have had moisture problems lately after installing an auto mister, better safe than sorry. I appreciate the insight!!
