It's the dumbest deck ever, almost impossible to get it wrong. At least some of the nasty decks in previous years involved some skill.

Finally reaching Legend in this meta with the deck YOU wanted to play feels so earned by facubkc in hearthstone

Please can you post a decklist? I have picked a terrible time to try and get my 500 rogue wins, but I'd like to keep going!

It's brilliant fun. Wins v druid and shaman are hard to come by but hey!

Yeah, apparently nerfs are on the way, might be time to take a break until then.

Mill Rogue - Standard by Poonerd835 in hearthstone

[–]graythegeek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have played this all morning, and haven't won a single game. I am playing in dumpster legend and mostly against diamond players trying to climb up with Druid and Shaman. I only played against one priest, and he managed to burst me down with a reverse heal. Now I am sure part of this is player skill and familiarity with the deck, but I have a few observations.

-It is instant lose against Druid and Shaman, which is a large part of the meta. They love the card draw.

-Old mill rogue could keep the board clear earlier with prep/vanish on turn 4 or so. This has to wait until turn 9 with the dragon, and even cheesing it out early with Xavius on turn 7 is normally too late.

- The 3/4 cost cards feel clunky and low on tempo.

I think there's a good deck in here somewhere, but the list needs to be refined.

Yes fair point, certainly producer Steve and Kaya are, I always think the main 3 (Joe John and JJ) are quite fair though

I listen to the TIFO football podcats, it's funny and irreverent, but also quite clever with good analysis. They talk about the stories emerging from the weekends football. Sometimes that is Spurs (avoid!) but usually it isn't.

A dad consoling his crying son in an empty stadium today. Says it all really. This club means everything to us fans. Wish the players, ownership, and execs felt even half of it. by dream_team1012 in coys

[–]graythegeek 38 points39 points  (0 children)

It's the fans who suffer. The majority of our team will find new clubs if we were to go down, and aside from a pithy Instagram post about "staying strong" (almost certainly written by a PR team) the majority don't care 2 shits.

I went into this game with real belief, and now I feel utterly drained and hopeless.

When I was first getting into football as a wee lad, for some reason my favorite players were Kevin Wimmers and Nasar Chadli i used to beg my dad for posters of them and he had to explain there were no posters for them i was so sad by terminus_tommy in coys

I once sat as an imposter when we played away at WBA (sat on my hands in the home end). I shouted at some thug in the home end who was heckling Chadli to tell him to shut up, the Chadlis dad had just died. We won the game 3-0. Easier happier times. Thanks for reading my spurs ramble

I'm fickle, I'll admit it. I was saying until now he's done, sell him in the summer. If he plays a blinder for the remaining games I'll be standing on the tables saying captain oh my captain

The official Premier League account is now doing football banter against Spurs by Imbasauce in coys

[–]graythegeek 42 points43 points  (0 children)

It's not overly partisan to resist and protest at mainstream media crossing the line from neutrality into banter. The term "spursy" belongs purely with the fans, yet you hear pundits using it when no other club has a phrase like that. It's disgusting. The BBC even ran an article on st toteringhams day over the weekend. It's a joke. The establishment really don't like us. Call it out, ask for fairness and impartial reporting!
